• Indian Railway Finance Corporation (IRFC): The retail portion of the Government of India’s Offer for Sale (OFS) opens today, February 26. • Reliance Industries: Reliance Enterprise Intelligence (REIL) has become a step-down subsidiary of the company following a fresh share allotment. Meta Platforms, through its subsidiary Facebook Overseas Inc., has acquired a 30% stake in REIL for approximately ₹853 crore, strengthening the partnership between the tech giants.
